Momofuku Milk Bar's Cornflake Marshmallow Cookies

Finally got around to making the Momofuku Milk Bar's Cornflake Marshmallow Cookies.  They are good!  Something a little different with the cornflake crunch and what can be bad with marshmallows and chocolate chips. ;)

Bacon Wrapped Manchego Stuffed Dates + White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Santa brought a dog!!  I don't know what I was thinking, but the kids are thrilled and that's what matters.   She is a golden retriever the boys named Rey, after the girl in Star Wars.  She is super sweet!

 

The 11 days off from work flew with a bunch of playdates and entertaining.   My middle guy has been complaining he doesn't have a playdate so we had four of his 6-year old friends over.  Kept them busy and organized!

 

Lots of cooking and eating the past week.  Two recipes I want to keep include my friend Carmela's recipe for bacon-wrapped manchego dates.  They were amazing!

Also made these white chocolate macadamia nut cookies that people loved.
