Ice Cube Tray Tips

Love all these fun Get It Done Tips from Epicurious for how to creatively use ice cube trays to make life easier and waste less.   Some of my favorite tips from the article (which can be found here) include:

• Freeze lemon juice with some zest in ice cube trays and drop it in with vegetables or pasta dishes for a burst of citrus.  I always seem to have extra lemons so will definitely try this.
• Freeze leftover wine for Sangria.
