It was the last day of camp today for the big boys. I worked from home today and then as soon as I was done I raced downstairs to clean up and get dinner going. We had my oldest's 2 little friends and their families over for a play date and dinner. The kids had a blast and I made this super easy treat I found on Pinterest called Brownie Pizza. Just use boxed brownies (I replaced equal parts unsweetened applesauce instead of vegetable oil my boxed mix called for) and bake until done in a deep dish pizza pan. I usually make it the night before and when cool cover with tinfoil. Right before I serve it I put cool whip on it and sliced strawberries. That's it - easy and can feed a crowd.

Get it done tip: Pinterest is a great way to organize things you like online. I have pin boards broken out by brunch, lunch, appetizer, breakfast, sides, dessert, etc., so when I have to entertain all I have to do is peruse my pin boards to quickly pull together a menu.
